Terms of Sale
Terms of purchase are provided when you checkout. By agreeing to the terms and conditions you agree to understanding the products purchased, whether consumable or topical, contain cannabinoids from hemp oil. Our manufacturing facilities are registered with the FDA and our products are manufactured according to FDA guidelines for GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards for dietary supplements. As these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, this means we make no claims as to any healing benefits from our products. If you decide to purchase our products, you do so base upon your own opinions as to any benefits these products may provide to you.
 
Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
Returns Policy
All products carry a 15 day customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any of these products and you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Once we receive the unused portion of the product, we will issue a refund for the portion unused. Please make sure to contact us within 15 days.
 
How the refund works: If you use half of the product, we will issue you half a credit on your account. Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy. Shipping is non-refundable.

Shipping
We are pleased to offer shipping with in the USA and USA Territories, Canada. We offer free ground shipping within the U.S.A for orders over $50. On orders less than $50 within the U.S., shipping is a flat rate of $9.99. If you have additional shipping questions or request please Contact Us us via email service@cbdlavitacom. 
 
Our shipping dept. prepares and ships orders Monday thru Friday, not on Holidays. We ship orders within 2-3 business days. Orders received after 3:00pm will ship the next business day. 
 
CBD Lavita is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Once our carrier indicates the package has been delivered, we will consider the order complete. Your tracking number will be provided to your email.  Shipping is non-refundable on returns.

Shipping Problems: We understand there maybe a rare occasion where a package gets lost, damaged or mis-delivered (we will provide proof of delivery and work with you to fix the situation in a timely manor). We will need your full name, order number and contact information to file a claim with the carrier.

Damage Due to Shipping or Carrier
All our products are tested for quality and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our facility. Please check your package once received. All claims for damaged products must be made within 48 hours. Please Contact Us and provide a full detailed description regarding the damage package or item. Please include your full name, order number and contact information. 
 
International Shipping
CBD Lavita is not responsible for any tariffs, customs restriction, or any other regulations that apply in countries outside the US. Please note we are not responsible for any package seized by Customs Officials; we will not issue a refund. You are responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply. If you are unsure or have questions, please contact your customs office. 
 
Shipping rates:
Domestic: FREE Shipping on orders $50 and over. Under $50 flat rate $9.99.
International: Rates start at $13.90 and will increase based on weight and destination.
Tracking Your Shipment: All orders are issued a tracking number. You will receive the tracking via email.
